What is ethicability®?
ethicability® is part of business-as-usual with organisations like HSBC and PWC, where doing the right thing is not just an option, it's mission critical. The ethicability® framework integrates high-level principles, detailed rules and fair stakeholder outcomes to help you decide what's right – and then do it. And you'll find the courage to act by showing clients, shareholders and regulators alike that you've made the right decisions fairly, with integrity and in good faith.
ethicability® is a decision-making and cultural framework that helps people stop, think, talk, unite - and then do the right thing. Good decision-making is a social, group-based activity. That's why the online ethics training adopted by so many organizations over the last few years has been so ineffective in changing actual behaviour and culture. A typical program will include:
- An initial Masterclass on "Leading with Integrity" for the senior leadership team. This will usually include an in-depth review of organizational values as well as a workshop that addresses key business challenges. This needs a full day.
- An audit of the moral DNA of the organization using the proprietary ethicability® Moral DNA Profile. This not only analyses the moral values of the organisation, it highlights particular strengths and weaknesses within the orgnization by division and function, and acts as an engaging introduction to the education and training program.
- Design and delivery of an engaging and dynamic training program. This is based on a 3 hour seminar for groups of about 12-15 employees. These programs are highly interactive and include games, multimedia content and real workplace dilemmas for the group to resolve.
- A "Train-the-Trainer" program so that ethicability® becomes part of the organization's DNA and a skills-based component for Induction, Fast-Track and other Learning & Development Programs.
- Achievement and maintenance of the ethicability® Standard, assured by independent auditors.
- Appointing Roger as a Special Advisor to the Board, Executive Management, Risk, Compliance and HR.
